1. Definitions and Interpretation

• Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your Account credentials confidential and not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party.
• Notify sor76 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security.
• Update your Account information promptly whenever changes occur to ensure accuracy.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are prohibited from opening or maintaining an Account with sor76:

• Individuals under the age of 21 years.
• Employees of sor76, affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, or their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have previously had an Account closed by sor76 for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gaming activities.
• Individuals acting on behalf of others or operating accounts for commercial or professional purposes without prior written authorization from sor76.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with international gaming regulations and Indonesian anti-money laundering laws, sor76 implements comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We may request copies of identification documents including but not limited to Indonesian KTP (identity card), passport, driver's license, proof of address (utility bills or bank statements dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership.
• Verification may be required at any time, including but not limited to Account registration, first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds, or when suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification documents have been submitted and approved by our compliance team.
• Documents must be clear, legible, and show all corners of the identification card or document. Blurred, cropped, edited, or otherwise altered documents will not be accepted.
• Processing of verification documents typically takes 6 to 24 hours during business days but may take longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. This includes:

• Creating a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Not sharing your password with any third party, including family members, friends, or sor76 staff (our legitimate staff will never ask for your password).
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public computers.
• Ensuring that your registered email address is secure and accessible only by you.
• Notifying sor76 immediately via email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

sor76 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to adequately protect your credentials or if you have shared your Account access with third parties.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

When making deposits to your sor76 Account, the following terms apply:

• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.
• Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and funds confiscation.
• sor76 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• You agree that all deposited funds are your own and have not been obtained through illegal activities. sor76 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposits deemed suspicious.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your sor76 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your sor76 Account.
• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC compliant) before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and player tier status.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 4 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Western Indonesia Time). Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours to process.
• sor76 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawals are processed in the same order received, subject to completion of all security and compliance checks.
• Any bonuses or promotional funds must meet specified wagering requirements before associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for detailed bonus terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

sor76 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international standards. You acknowledge that:

• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• Suspicious transactions including but not limited to unusually large deposits, rapid deposit/withdrawal cycles without gaming activity, or deposits from multiple sources may trigger enhanced due diligence.
• We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by sor76 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotional page and must be read carefully before claiming. General principles include:

• Bonuses are promotional offers provided at the sole discretion of sor76 and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active per Account at any given time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit plus bonus, unless otherwise specified.
• Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 50%, and sports bets 25%, though specific promotions may have different contribution rates.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses, typically Rp 25,000 per bet or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses must be wagered within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from crediting) or they will expire along with any associated winnings.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The sor76 Welcome Bonus is available to new players making their first deposit and is subject to the following specific terms:

• The bonus matches 100% of your first deposit up to a maximum of Rp 2,000,000.
• Minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50,000.
• The bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount (not deposit plus bonus).
• The bonus must be claimed at the time of deposit; it cannot be added retroactively.
• Only one Welcome Bonus is permitted per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

sor76 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Coordinated betting patterns with other players to guarantee profits (bonus arbitrage).

• All games use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness.
• Return to player (RTP) percentages are determined by game providers and are displayed where applicable.

6.3 Bet Settlement and Disputes

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While sor76 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. We shall not be liable for service unavailability caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or system updates.
• Technical failures including but not limited to server outages, network connectivity issues, or third-party service provider failures.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Cyber attacks, distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, or hacking attempts.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• sor76 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of gaming activities, as all gaming involves risk.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sor76, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Your violation of any rights of third parties.
• Your use or misuse of the Platform or Services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sor76 is licensed to operate. Where Indonesian law applies to consumer protection matters for Indonesian residents, such provisions shall take precedence to the extent required by Indonesian law.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of sor76 Services, you agree to the following resolution process:

1. Internal Complaint Procedure: Submit a detailed written complaint to [email protected] including your Account username, description of the issue, relevant dates, and supporting documentation. Our customer service team will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
2. Escalation: If the initial response is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter to senior management by clearly marking your correspondence as "Complaint Escalation." A manager will review your case and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting our internal procedures, you may pursue mediation through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution service.

10.3 Amendments to Terms

sor76 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
